Description

  • Engage customers and grow communities across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Define and maintain community engagement strategies.
  • Develop new methods to attract and engage audiences through social media.
  • Create and manage content plans and publish social media posts.
  • Set, monitor, and report on social channel KPIs.
  • Use performance insights to optimize channel strategies.
  • Plan and organize photo shoots.
  • Oversee photo and video editing and optimize video content.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience developing social media strategies for brands or projects on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
  • 1+ years of experience with Meta Suite advertising targeting.
  • Portfolio featuring 2–3 commercial or marketing design examples.
  • Ability to identify target-audience needs and engage communities and customers.
  • Strong short-form copywriting skills with accurate grammar.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate or higher English.
  • Ability to analyze social-channel performance.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills, or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to set strategic goals, create plans, and manage execution.
  • Community management, creative thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
