Description

  • Lead the social media strategy and day-to-day management of Instagram and TikTok channels.
  • Plan, create, film, edit, publish, and schedule planned and reactive content, including Reels, carousels, Stories, and short-form video.
  • Appear on camera for trend-led and reactive content to build a relatable brand presence.
  • Write on-brand captions using data-informed insights into content performance.
  • Support product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and evergreen community storytelling.
  • Pitch social-first creative ideas and test new content formats.
  • Monitor platform updates, cultural trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Track channel performance and provide insights and recommendations through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Collaborate with in-house Social and Creative teams while independently owning content creation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of social media experience in an agency or comparable in-house role.
  • Based in the United States.
  • In-depth understanding of social platforms and their contribution to broader business objectives.
  • Ability to independently own social content and deliver results.
  • Experience creating compelling organic brand or product storytelling.
  • Comfortable filming, editing, posting, and appearing on camera.
  • Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Passion for creating content that supports positive dialogue around sexuality and sexual happiness.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
