Description

  • Drive assigned public-road routes and capture imagery of streets, major landmarks, and public areas using a vehicle equipped with a 360-degree camera system.
  • Store collected images on in-vehicle computers for later use in improving online maps.
  • Follow specific routes focused on business districts and historical sites.
  • Revisit areas when needed to obtain higher-quality images under better weather conditions.
  • Work across multiple city and state zones over a project expected to last at least 8 months.
  • Maintain a reliable, responsible presence throughout a Monday-to-Friday schedule of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
  • Coordinate field data collection activities in line with project route assignments and timing needs.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with at least 1-2 years of driving experience.
  • Must have a parking space available for the vehicle.
  • Must be authorized to work in Germany.
  • Must pass a security check.
  • Strong driving skills and good knowledge of local roads and traffic trends.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
  • Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and a high sense of accountability.
  • General car knowledge and comfort working with technology such as smartphones and basic apps.
  • Basic computer skills.
