Description

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle for positions at different levels and across multiple functions.
  • Source candidates actively through job platforms, social networks, and alternative channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews and support candidates through to the hiring stage.
  • Handle large volumes of information and maintain recruiting documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience is not required.
  • English at B2 level or higher is required.
  • Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Confident computer skills are required.
  • High self-organization and effective time management are required.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility are required.
  • A creative approach and results orientation are required.
