Description

  • Own content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram by planning, packaging, and posting creator and product content on a regular cadence.
  • Grow and nurture the community by shaping the tone and rituals that keep people engaged.
  • Serve as the front-line voice in comments and direct messages by responding quickly, on-brand, and in a human voice.
  • Work closely with UGC creators to coordinate, amplify, and distribute their content.
  • Translate audience feedback, objections, and language into insights for the growth and product teams.

Requirements

  • Native English fluency with a strong sense of tone, timing, and humor.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to own work independently.
  • Experience growing a social channel or online community, with examples of results.
  • Comfort on camera and ability to create short-form video, posts, and replies quickly.
  • Sharp, reliable, and comfortable discussing personal-finance topics.
  • Preferred: experience in e-commerce or DTC.
  • Preferred: experience coordinating creators or UGC.
  • Open to students and early-career candidates.
