Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ESG and sustainability matters across the business.
  • Report ESG progress to the executive and board teams and present quarterly updates company-wide.
  • Own CO2e measurement and reporting, including maintaining the greenhouse gas emissions inventory.
  • Manage the Greenly platform and reconcile emissions data from Xero and other sources.
  • Maintain B Corp certification and keep 200+ requirements on track across the business.
  • Drive decarbonisation delivery in line with the Net Zero roadmap and Science Based Targets.
  • Project manage the annual Impact Report, including gathering data, selecting content, and drafting the report.
  • Support the brand and marketing team with ESG data, insights, and storytelling ideas.
  • Lead the flagship impact project and deliver associated outcomes.
  • Embed sustainability into operational processes, including ESG supplier screening and volunteering strategy support.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience leading at least one SME through B Corp certification and managing ongoing requirements.
  • Practical experience using the B Corp online assessment platform.
  • Technical experience in carbon accounting, emissions tracking, or carbon literacy training.
  • Experience working with ESG KPIs, performance reporting, and Science Based Targets.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate ESG data into clear narratives.
  • Self-sufficient, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously in an evolving environment.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and experience in purpose-driven organisations is preferred.
  • Experience using the Greenly platform is nice to have.
  • Experience with B Corp recertification under evolving standards is nice to have.
