Description

  • Manage enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through the full customer lifecycle.
  • Train customer teams to configure and independently operate TrustArc modules.
  • Drive adoption of TrustArc’s platform and Arc Intelligence AI-powered features.
  • Guide customers in connecting AI assistants to TrustArc through its MCP server.
  • Help customers build and maintain Worakto integration recipes linking TrustArc with HR, CRM, marketing, and support systems.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and trusted advisor.
  • Capture feature requests with supporting business cases and manage customer expectations.
  • Lead business reviews focused on adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and escalate renewal risks early.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading SaaS implementations or customer success engagements for enterprise clients; Fortune 1000 experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs, SSO, data connectors, integrations, and platform-configuration troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled SaaS products and ability to communicate their value to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to scope integrations with customer IT teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience managing multi-workstream projects; PMP or comparable certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to align implementation outcomes with customer value, including ROI, time to value, and adoption.
  • Experience training or enabling non-technical audiences to independently use technical products.
  • Strong change-management, stakeholder-influencing, and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and Claude.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy platforms such as OneTrust or Securiti, AI assistants connected through MCP, privacy regulations and processes including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DSARs, RoPAs, and DPIAs, and Spanish fluency are preferred.
