Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code for secure, repeatable Azure deployments.
  • Build and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and operational delivery.
  • Architect and sustain Azure infrastructure in accordance with Microsoft CAF, Well-Architected Framework, and organizational standards.
  • Implement Azure governance across management groups, subscriptions, policies, resource groups, and RBAC.
  • Manage Key Vault, storage, backup, recovery, retention, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Design and maintain enterprise networking, including VNets, Virtual WAN, NSGs, DNS, private connectivity, and hybrid integrations.
  • Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Support Azure workload migrations, modernization, optimization, incident response, and platform sustainment.
  • Integrate Zero Trust, TIC 3.0, NIST, and federal security controls throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and maintain reusable modules, documentation, architecture artifacts, and audit materials.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; higher-level clearance is preferred.
  • 5+ years supporting Tier II Azure environments or 3+ years supporting Tier III enterprise Azure infrastructure.
  • Experience designing and sustaining Azure enterprise landing zones and core infrastructure aligned with Microsoft CAF.
  • Expertise with Azure governance, Management Groups, Subscriptions, Azure Policy, RBAC, Key Vault, Storage, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure networking, Virtual WAN, VNets, NSGs, private connectivity, routing, and hybrid-cloud architectures.
  • Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, including host pools, image management, FSLogix, and session hosts.
  • Proficiency with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, PowerShell, Terraform, and cloud automation.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust, NIST, TIC 3.0, and federal cloud security requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-700, or AZ-305; Bicep, ARM, Power Platform, AOAI/Copilot, migration, licensing, or classified-cloud experience.
