Description

  • Contribute to the technical and product roadmap by estimating effort and participating in initiative discovery and execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, AI teams, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design and deliver intelligent, scalable, maintainable workflow automation systems.
  • Work across streaming, microservices, A/B testing, data modeling, and internal tooling as needed.
  • Identify failure points, anticipate risks, and resolve issues before they become blockers.
  • Make thoughtful technical trade-offs and provide high-level guidance within your domain.
  • Drive technical excellence by addressing tech debt, improving reliability, and delivering well-tested code.
  • Mentor teammates through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Support long-term planning and cross-functional delivery with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience in backend, full-stack, or systems roles.
  • Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, and React.
  • Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally AWS.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven ability to make well-reasoned design and development trade-offs.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver long-term plans.
  • Strong code ownership and technical stewardship with emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration tools, or vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS is preferred.
