Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the machine learning infrastructure.
  • Architect and maintain a scalable production environment for deployed models.
  • Partner with Data Science to productionize algorithms and build high-performance pipelines.
  • Design and maintain offline and online feature stores for real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to evolve data lake and ETL architectures.
  • Lead monitoring and observability for production models to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in architectural decisions for data products and event-driven architectures.
  • Translate Data Science needs into engineering requirements and mentor others on best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML engineering.
  • 3+ years of significant experience on the data engineering side.
  • Expertise in the AWS ecosystem, including SageMaker and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
  • Strong experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of database systems, ETL architecture, and advanced SQL.
  • Mastery of Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or streaming technologies like Kafka is preferred.
  • Ability to work across functional teams and mentor others on engineering best practices.
