Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and handle professional correspondence with clarity and speed.
  • Manage and audit client accounts to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist collections specialists with settlement offers and account notations.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including report generation and document management across multiple digital platforms.
  • Ensure compliance across digital platforms and maintain required documentation for regulatory and operational standards.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous tasks and workflows, prioritize deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative or client service experience in collections, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with Excel/Google Sheets required.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional, polished writing.
  • Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and pivot between tasks without losing focus.
  • Reliable team player who consistently supports operational objectives.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes or experience ensuring regulatory/documentation compliance (preferred)

Benefits
