Description

  • Provide timely, solution-oriented customer support via email, chat and other messaging platforms.
  • Handle customer requests end-to-end, listening to needs and identifying appropriate resolutions.
  • Operate primarily during evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure continuous service coverage.
  • Monitor and guarantee service quality by collecting customer feedback and reporting issues to the main team.
  • Escalate technical or complex problems to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Work autonomously to organize workload and manage shift responsibilities while maintaining service standards.
  • Contribute ideas and share learnings to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication and clear, professional messaging skills.
  • Availability and flexibility to work non-standard hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Ability to organize and manage work independently while working remotely.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving approach.
  • Previous experience in customer management or digital customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Openness, responsibility, proactivity and a collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new challenges.
