Description

  • Design and develop core features for TrueBuilt’s construction management platform.
  • Transform product ideas into working software from concept through implementation.
  • Build across the software stack, including frontend, backend, database, and deployment systems.
  • Develop user interfaces from design specifications.
  • Learn construction-industry workflows and customer challenges to guide product development.
  • Meet with advisers and customers to understand operational needs.
  • Participate in pair-programming sessions with the CTO.
  • Design and implement key MVP features during the first 30 days.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
  • Ability to take ideas from 0 to 1 and turn them into working products.
  • Strong learning mindset and willingness to contribute across the stack.
  • Frontend development ability, including breaking designs into reusable components.
  • Experience in one or more of database design, DevOps, CI/CD, or UI/UX design.
  • Experience with Next.js is preferred.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions, and Vercel is beneficial.
