Description

  • Capture client needs and requirements and translate them into solution architectures.
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise ZScaler deployments using True Zero’s success methodology.
  • Execute deployment and ongoing management strategies that drive quick time to value and operationalized ZScaler capabilities.
  • Support integration of ZScaler data with SIEM platforms and other data aggregation tools.
  • Lead testing, troubleshooting, and issue escalation during implementation and ongoing operations.
  • Provide routine project status reports and executive briefings for customer leadership.
  • Assist with discovery, scoping, and statement-of-work presentations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, customer stakeholders, and senior management throughout the engagement.
  • Maintain and deepen ZScaler expertise as the product evolves.
  • Learn or expand additional technical knowledge in tools such as Tanium, Splunk, CrowdStrike, CRIBL, or GitLab.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on ZScaler experience as a solution architect, technical consultant, or support professional.
  • Strong experience deploying ZScaler ZIA, ZTA, ZPA, and ZDX for large enterprise environments.
  • ZPA experience is heavily required.
  • Certified ZScaler Delivery Specialist, or Sales Engineer willing to become a Certified Delivery Specialist.
  • Solid knowledge of network and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise networks and cybersecurity practices.
  • Understanding of enterprise change control processes and documentation.
  • Knowledge of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and SSL protocols.
  • Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark.
  • Familiarity with SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and OKTA is a plus.
  • Network and security certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with commercial and/or public sector customers is preferred.
  • Ability to be cleared if required.
