Civil Engineer - Water Treatment

Description

• Provide civil engineering input and support for the design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment, remediation, and reclamation projects.
• Assist with the performance and direction of water treatment, remediation, and reclamation projects.
• Support other engineering projects as part of the Ensero Engineering Team.
• Support risk analysis with project management.
• Lead the development of engineering standards, principles, processes, and procedures.
• Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals.
• Travel to work sites to interface with on-site staff, vendors, customers, and regulatory personnel.
• Develop and update engineering documentation, drawings, and site-specific information for safety, operations, and maintenance.
• Monitor and promote environmental health and worker safety compliance.
• Identify and recommend operational improvements to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Contribute to business development through proposal support, client need identification, and project estimating.
• Interface with technical experts to achieve multidisciplinary project goals.
• Mentor and provide technical training to junior team members.
