Description

  • Lead the post-sale customer organization across onboarding, product adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Build and manage a team focused on driving product usage, customer retention, and account growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps to support customer outcomes.
  • Help establish product-market fit by gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
  • Drive product adoption and usage through onboarding, customer interactions, and product session reviews.
  • Create frameworks to measure customer success, including time to value, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Standardize onboarding, customer interaction, and growth processes.
  • Build and monitor customer account health scoring.
  • Own customer retention and expansion performance, including revenue retention and expansion targets.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies, playbooks, and KPI dashboards for key success metrics.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or revenue leadership.
  • 3-5+ years leading client success teams in a post-sale organization.
  • Experience scaling customer success in growth-stage or mid-market SaaS.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Strong data-driven decision making with operational rigor.
  • Experience building KPI dashboards and managing customer health metrics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, customer success platforms (CSP), and automation tools is preferred.
  • Remote work availability aligned to CDT and EST time zones is required.
