Description

Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job platforms.
Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods within schedule.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees and help them become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide recruiting reports to the team.
Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or in a staffing agency.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
Hands-on experience with selection processes such as video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks.
Ability to organize skills assessment centers, including in-tray activities, work samples, and psychometric and IQ/EQ tests.
Familiarity with HR databases.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork skills, and decision-making skills.
