Description

  • Conduct 4–6 consultative sales calls per day with warm, pre-qualified leads.
  • Guide clients through conversations about their experience, progress, and goals.
  • Present the full program as the natural next step and close enrollment without hard selling.
  • Follow up with clients who need a second conversation before committing.
  • Reach out to webinar registrants who did not attend or engage.
  • Re-engage trial members who have not scheduled their upsell call.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and consistent follow-up cadence.
  • Own your calendar and manage your daily call schedule independently.
  • Track performance and continuously improve your sales approach.
  • Participate in onboarding training to learn the product, process, and client journey.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2C sales experience with a track record of closing.
  • Warm, empathetic, consultative selling style.
  • Familiarity with consultative closing and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make people feel heard and understood.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Available full-time during standard US Eastern Time business hours, with a flexible schedule within the day.
  • Comfortable starting on a commission-only structure with room to grow into base plus commission.
  • Background in health, wellness, coaching, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
  • Experience selling online programs, memberships, or subscription-based services is preferred.
  • Experience working with warm leads generated through webinars or content funnels is preferred.
