Description

  • Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, requests, and escalations.
  • Develop tailored client success strategies based on business goals and data insights.
  • Analyze client data to maximize value, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Advocate for client needs in internal discussions about product and service development.
  • Communicate agreements and requirements across departments to support flawless execution.
  • Mediate between clients and internal teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes, tutorials, and success programs.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 to 40 clients and their success processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success management, with agency experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage approximately 20 to 40 clients and their success processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking ability.
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership qualities.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, at an advanced level.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and grace.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with a global team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
