Description

  • Edit still images and prepare them for approved social media platforms.
  • Download, organize, and import raw video files from Google Drive into editing software.
  • Produce short- and long-form videos with clean edits, audio adjustments, captions, branded graphics, and informational callouts.
  • Publish videos to YouTube with approved metadata, thumbnails, chapters, end screens, audience settings, and schedules.
  • Create professional, brand-aligned video thumbnails.
  • Format, schedule, and publish approved social media content across channels.
  • Prepare and execute Mailchimp campaigns using approved templates and messaging.
  • Track content status and review work for accuracy, spelling, formatting, brand consistency, and technical quality before publication.

Requirements

  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design, social media assets, or presentation materials.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Drive, Canva, and video editing software such as CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience adding captions and informational graphics to videos.
  • Experience using YouTube Studio and publishing to major social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to work independently.
  • Availability for a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, during U.S. time zones.
  • Ability to work securely through a VPN and maintain a distraction-free home office.
  • Laptop or desktop with at least 16GB RAM and an i7 processor, plus reliable internet of at least 15 Mbps.
  • Dual monitor setup is preferred.
