Description

  • Develop platform-native concepts for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Translate complex scientific and healthcare information into clear, engaging stories for consumers and professionals.
  • Create, edit, and deliver social content from concept through final asset across multiple brands.
  • Advise internal teams on content formats, creator trends, editing styles, platform best practices, and audience behaviors.
  • Collaborate with social strategy teams to develop breakthrough concepts and formats.
  • Monitor emerging trends, cultural moments, and content formats to inform timely social work.
  • Contribute social-first creative concepts to new business and pitch opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of content creation experience in an agency, freelance, or in-house environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects.
  • Experience creating short-form video, social graphics, carousels, motion assets, and creator-style content.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into informative, engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, workstreams, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, adaptability, resourcefulness, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in using data, emerging technologies, and responsible AI to improve creative and business outcomes.
  • Comfort working East Coast hours; role is hybrid in select U.S. offices or remote within the U.S.
