Description

  • Learn and use Firefly Reservations to manage bookings and maintain accurate reservation records.
  • Follow up with residents on incomplete checklist items and record license plates, site service agreements, rent payments, and background check information.
  • Answer after-hours and weekend phone calls and provide customer support during assigned shifts.
  • Manage online listings on Craigslist and Facebook and respond promptly to inquiries and emails to support bookings.
  • Create, run, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns within a set budget.
  • Conduct A/B testing on Facebook ads and respond to inquiries generated from advertising campaigns.
  • Reach out to RV park owners from a provided database to build partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
  • Work independently to prioritize daily tasks and support resident satisfaction.
  • Handle resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with reservation software and basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and effective advertising campaign execution.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends on a Wednesday to Sunday schedule.
  • Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek.
  • Willingness to work a shifting schedule in the US timezone.
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
  • Laptop or desktop meeting minimum specifications of 8GB RAM and an i5 operating system.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
  • Experience in RV park or property management, such as Airbnb, is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
