Description

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to design web experiences that support conversion rate optimization, product adoption, and early user acquisition.
  • Design polished interactive experiences that engage users and move them through the conversion funnel.
  • Balance visual craftsmanship with scalable, practical design solutions that perform well and can move quickly from concept to implementation.
  • Support experimentation programs by iterating on designs using data insights, test results, and user feedback.
  • Lead design efforts for landing pages, acquisition funnels, and other high-traffic web experiences to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Implement and maintain design systems that support consistency and scalability across web experiences.
  • Prototype and iterate on interactive designs in collaboration with engineers to bring concepts to life.
  • Advocate for user-centered design best practices in all design decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in UX and interactive design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web and interactive design work.
  • Proven experience designing conversion-driven web experiences and optimizing them for CRO.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
  • Experience using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with responsive design across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes that clearly communicate design ideas.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and the technical limitations and possibilities of web design.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement designs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
