Description

  • Onboard new coaching clients by walking them through program expectations, tools, and schedules.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate one-on-one coaching sessions, group calls, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor client participation and progress, conducting regular check-ins to keep clients engaged and motivated.
  • Provide friendly reminders, accountability check-ins, and encouragement to help clients reach milestones.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, notes, and updates in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with coaches to identify clients who need extra support or targeted follow-up.
  • Gather and organize client feedback and success stories to inform program improvements and celebrate wins.
  • Support virtual workshops, training events, and community engagement activities for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in client support, coaching coordination, or administrative roles within professional services or real estate/mortgage environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills delivered in a warm, professional, and encouraging manner.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple clients and schedules.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce), and scheduling platforms.
  • Empathetic listener who can motivate busy professionals while maintaining accountability.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage or real estate industry is a strong advantage.
  • Availability to work full-time during EST/PST business hours in a remote capacity.
