Description

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across multiple warehouse locations and direct-to-customer deliveries throughout North America.
  • Schedule and book freight shipments with carriers for LTL, FTL, parcel, and intermodal transport.
  • Manage courier accounts and reconcile courier invoices.
  • Monitor shipment status proactively and resolve delays or issues by communicating with carriers, 3PLs, warehouse teams, and customers.
  • Prepare shipping and customs documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing slips, commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and cross-border compliance documents.
  • Coordinate return labels and reverse logistics for customer returns with the Customer Service team.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across internal systems and update receiving records as purchase orders arrive.
  • Support cycle counts, periodic inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution with warehouse staff.
  • Track logistics KPIs, compile shipping metrics and freight cost analytics, and assist with freight invoice reconciliation.
  • Identify process improvements to reduce manual tracking and improve logistics efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or freight operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of LTL, FTL, parcel, and Canada–US cross-border shipping processes and documentation.
  • Experience with freight and order management systems such as ShipStation, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and act before they escalate.
  • Familiarity with Canadian and US customs regulations, HS codes, USMCA documentation, and cross-border compliance is preferred.
  • Experience working with wholesale distributors, importers, e-commerce companies, or 3PL warehouses across multiple locations is preferred.
