Description

  • Own strategy and execution for the Operations department and translate company goals into departmental action.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve core operational processes for fulfillment, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
  • Manage tactical day-to-day relationships with marketplace partners and resolve operational issues.
  • Set performance scorecards and drive accountability for throughput, accuracy, service levels, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a multi-function team covering support, fulfillment, analytics, shift leadership, and task allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Revenue, Technology, and Finance to align execution with broader company objectives.
  • Oversee inventory readiness, fulfillment accuracy, case resolution, surge coordination, anomaly detection, and penalty mitigation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, ticketing, or another high-volume transactional environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing multi-function teams.
  • Proven track record of designing and documenting scalable operational processes.
  • Experience managing external partner or marketplace relationships at a tactical, day-to-day level.
  • Experience setting and driving KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
