Description

  • Manage multiple creative projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Create project timelines, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
  • Coordinate feedback and revision rounds between clients and the creative team.
  • Run regular project check-ins and keep work moving forward.
  • Maintain project information and updates in ClickUp or a similar platform.
  • Help onboard new clients, schedule kickoff meetings, and gather project materials.
  • Provide regular project updates and manage expectations around timelines, revisions, and deliverables.
  • Find and coordinate freelancers, contractors, and other creative specialists as needed.
  • Source and communicate with vendors, request pricing, and track deliverables.
  • Create and improve SOPs, checklists, templates, and internal processes.
  • Track team and contractor workloads and plan for resource needs.
  • Support contractor payments, invoicing follow-ups, and basic monthly QuickBooks categorization.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a creative agency, branding studio, design agency, web agency, or production environment.
  • Experience managing several client projects at the same time.
  • Experience working with designers, developers, freelancers, contractors, or other creative professionals.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients and managing expectations.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • Experience creating SOPs, checklists, workflows, or repeatable processes.
  • Comfortable tracking workloads, deadlines, project costs, and contractor availability.
  • Able to stay calm and organized when priorities change.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar project management tools is helpful.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and ChatGPT or other AI tools is helpful.
  • QuickBooks experience is nice to have.
  • CRM platform experience is nice to have.
  • Experience working with printers or print production is nice to have.
