Description

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive, effortless user experiences.
  • Design and validate new experiences using mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts.
  • Build concepts and use AI to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes for mobile and web applications.
  • Conduct discovery research and usability testing on a frequent basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile product development teams to assess feasibility and align designs with product strategy.
  • Incorporate strong visual design and contribute to an evolving design system.
  • Translate user needs into polished product experiences from concept through validation.
  • Present design work and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing world-class apps with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related area preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong aptitude for performing and synthesizing research, including contextual inquiry.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting designs and articulating design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, FigmaMake, and Claude.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, and color usage.
  • Extreme ownership, bias to action, and comfort succeeding in ambiguity.
  • Ability to design collaboratively and support ideas that are not your own.
  • Self-aware, empathetic, and able to lead with a human approach.
