Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers across live chat, email, and Discord.
  • Own support interactions from initial contact through resolution, including follow-up when needed.
  • Identify, assess, troubleshoot, and resolve account, technical, operational, and platform-related inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to Compliance, Operations, or Technology teams as appropriate.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of trading platforms, internal tools, and proprietary systems through ongoing learning.
  • Monitor trading systems for common issues and proactively flag potential problems affecting trader experience or operations.
  • Contribute to the Learning Center and internal knowledge bases to improve self-service support.
  • Support team goals around customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and response times.
  • Educate existing and prospective traders on how Tradeify.co works.
  • Participate in beta testing, team projects, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with data accuracy and reconciliation tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical or financial information clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Intercom or HubSpot and other customer support tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a willingness to seek and use feedback.
  • Goal-oriented and results-oriented, with the ability to handle ambiguity confidently.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work hours aligned with the US trading session, including early mornings or late evenings.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Strong familiarity with, or genuine interest in, prop trading, FX, Futures, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and global financial markets (nice to have).
  • Basic understanding of trading concepts, financial products such as futures and FX, or proprietary trading operations (nice to have).
  • Experience with trading platforms such as NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView (nice to have).
  • Experience using community platforms such as Telegram or Discord (nice to have).
