Description

  • Build and maintain strong, scalable pipelines of highly qualified candidates for a variety of roles, partnering closely with Executive and Senior Leadership to meet hiring goals.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage top-performing talent across global markets and multiple channels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate outreach, screening, and assessment while clearly communicating role details and fit.
  • Design, coordinate, and customize interview processes that align with Toptal’s hiring standards and role-specific requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through each stage of the interview process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance, exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies, align on needs and expectations, and coach interviewers to improve evaluation practices.
  • Communicate consistently with internal teams via Slack and Zoom and contribute feedback and insights to improve team processes.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives to optimize recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of proven recruitment experience, with at least part of that experience in-house.
  • Minimum of 4 years of executive recruiting experience focused on hiring high-performing talent.
  • Experience recruiting from professional services environments and hiring candidates with enterprise-level, complex solution selling backgrounds.
  • Experience hiring for roles with P&L ownership and a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Proven track record partnering with Hiring Managers to guide end-to-end recruiting and align on strategy.
  • Proactive, talent-hunting mindset with the ability to recognize exceptional candidates and assess fit for a scaling company.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with clean candidate pipelines and timely communications.
  • Compelling storytelling and strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate Toptal’s value proposition.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling remote environment and function as a world-class individual contributor.
