Description

  • Own an agile product team, including backlog management, prioritization, planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences.
  • Define product feature scope, write user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery using user research, analytics, and data.
  • Coordinate delivery, assess risks, and communicate mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Conduct research and business analysis to evaluate product opportunities and risks.
  • Launch, measure, and continuously improve AI-driven features and product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with company strategy and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other Product Managers.
  • Improve team processes and develop repeatable models for roadmap delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of software product management experience.
  • Experience leading products from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices.
  • Experience designing and launching AI-powered features with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building intelligent workflows through system integrations and automation tools.
  • Experience managing mobile, desktop, and web applications across the product lifecycle preferred.
  • Experience with third-party system integrations preferred.
  • Ability to use SQL or spreadsheets, analytics, and user research to inform decisions.
  • Ability to create wireframes and mockups and simplify complex problems.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and globally distributed teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English communication; willingness to attend scheduled virtual meetings on camera.
