Description

  • Own product strategy and execution for a major product area across multiple teams and multi-quarter initiatives.
  • Partner with insights, marketing, customer experience, and UX teams to understand and prioritize customer needs.
  • Frame ambiguous problems, build business cases, align stakeholders, ship solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Connect product and platform strategy to quarterly and sprint-level execution through roadmaps and clear communication.
  • Drive innovation using Lean, design thinking, and first-principles reasoning.
  • Model ROI, define success metrics, interpret results, and use testing to guide decisions.
  • Improve product management practices, including planning cadences, specifications, roadmap communication, release coordination, and sprint planning.
  • Direct designers and use prototyping and visualization to align teams before development.
  • Report to the Head of Product Management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in prosumer, creative tools, or small-business SaaS companies.
  • Experience launching new product initiatives and identifying new sources of customer value.
  • Customer-centered decision-making balanced with business and technical constraints.
  • Experience with business strategy modeling, ROI estimation, A/B test interpretation, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong Lean, first-principles, and ambiguity-management skills.
  • Design fluency, including directing UX work and using prototypes to align teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience shipping products in resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong product management fundamentals, including roadmap planning, specifications, release coordination, and execution cadences.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and located in an approved state; MBA, management consulting, or scaling/turnaround experience is preferred.
