Description

  • Complete Photoshop tasks from client-provided creative briefs at a professional standard.
  • Run the client-provided session recorder for the entire duration of each task.
  • Deliver layered, production-quality PSD files and final outputs.
  • Work independently and manage tasks within each brief’s scope.
  • Contribute completed work and session data for open research publication under CC-BY-4.0.

Requirements

  • Professional Photoshop experience in at least one of six areas: matte painting/digital environments, key visual/campaign compositing, game and UI assets, print and packaging pre-press, portrait/beauty retouching, or e-commerce/product retouching.
  • Demonstrable professional portfolio in one or more relevant categories.
  • Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) and a personally licensed copy of Photoshop.
  • Ability to use Photoshop exclusively during captured sessions; Intel Macs and Windows machines are not eligible.
  • Ability to complete all work manually without generative AI, Generative Fill, Firefly, or third-party generative plugins.
  • Individual contributor; no team, studio, or subcontracted work.
  • Comfort with having work and session data published openly under CC-BY-4.0.
  • Availability to complete account setup on September 9, 10, or 11 and begin work immediately.
