Description

  • Own assigned proposal efforts for the product line.
  • Create graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, and organizational charts.
  • Design and format proposal documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and bid materials.
  • Translate technical input into clear visual stories and proposal messaging.
  • Maintain proposal templates, style guides, slide libraries, and graphic asset libraries.
  • Coordinate document assembly, proofreading, quality checks, and final-file preparation.
  • Track design revisions, production schedules, and submission requirements.
  • Prepare digital and print deliverables, including PDFs and submission-ready files.
  • Support business development projects, competitive intelligence, and market research.
  • Improve proposal design and production workflows as the function grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field.
  • Experience working with government and international customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally, visually, and in writing.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership, reliability, high standards, and effective teamwork.
  • Experience supporting proposals and customer engagements preferred.
  • Understanding of AI, robotics, software products, unmanned aircraft systems, military operations, DoD scenarios, and acquisition processes preferred.
  • Active DoD security clearance preferred.
  • Portfolio or work samples required with application.
