Description

  • Collaborate with creative, multidisciplinary, and Creative Director teams to align motion solutions with campaign objectives.
  • Concept, storyboard, design, and animate visual stories across broadcast, web, branded content, and immersive experiences.
  • Integrate generative AI, neural rendering, automated rotoscoping, and previsualization into production workflows.
  • Create motion graphics, 3D assets, cinematic environments, VFX, and spatial experiences.
  • Lead look development, lighting, texturing, modeling, and rendering for consistent, premium 3D deliverables.
  • Maintain design quality, visual craft, and quality control across animation and VFX pipelines.
  • Present technical and visual concepts to stakeholders and explain their creative and production rationale.
  • Drive innovation in real-time rendering, spatial computing, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of motion design experience with advanced 3D workflows in an agency or production environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual motion design, motion graphics, and high-fidelity 3D VFX for advertising or digital campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D with Redshift or Octane, After Effects, and Figma.
  • Strong 3D generalist capabilities in modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
  • Experience integrating AI tools such as NanoBanana, Midjourney, Topaz, or Firefly into production workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or Unity and interactive platforms such as Lottie, Rive, or Spline is preferred.
  • Houdini or Maya VFX experience, AR/VR/XR spatial design exposure, and familiarity with Premiere, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve are preferred.
  • Must be available to work remotely within the United States; the role is unavailable in New Mexico and Hawaii.

  • Salary range of $108,000–$142,000 USD.
