Description

  • Develop and implement customer experience communications strategies for third-party organizations and internal stakeholders.
  • Project manage initiatives across marketing functions to ensure alignment with business needs and on-time delivery.
  • Manage workflows, improve processes, and facilitate review cycles using internal operations tools and Asana reporting.
  • Perform regular and ad hoc analyses using SQL, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools to generate actionable insights and track performance.
  • Write and present clear status updates and progress reports that translate data into leadership-ready narratives.
  • Build relationships with third-party review organizations, provide information, interpret data, and respond to inquiries.
  • Partner with internal business leaders to respond to clients, social media, and other third-party assessment inquiries.
  • Lead and supervise team members within Marketing Operations, including setting objectives, delegating work, and monitoring progress.
  • Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Identify process optimizations, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements across Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, campaign execution, consulting, strategy, or a similar data-driven role.
  • Experience with Trustpilot, G2, Clutch, and other review sites.
  • Strong project management skills and experience documenting processes; Asana experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting creative workflows, including intake, briefs, and quality assurance.
  • Experience managing social media channels is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel is required; SQL or Power BI experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with process modeling or AI-driven automation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship or assistance is not provided.
  • Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at scheduled virtual team meetings on camera is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-manage workflows and deadlines.
