Description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy stable, secure, and scalable UiPath automation solutions using REFramework and industry best practices.
  • Analyze business processes to identify manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks suitable for automation.
  • Build attended and unattended automations using UiPath Studio and related automation technologies.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain automations in UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, logging, and asset configuration.
  • Develop automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase consistency.
  • Leverage UiPath Automation Suite, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Autopilot to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
  • Integrate UiPath automations with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web services, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement workflow optimizations and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain Solution Design Documents, Process Definition Documents, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive software development, automation engineering, or related technical experience.
  • 1+ year of hands-on UiPath development experience.
  • Experience designing and deploying automation solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or similar.
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, data integration technologies, and database query languages.
  • Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, and intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve automation issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Advanced/Professional Certification preferred.
  • Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, AI Center, Maestro, and Automation Suite preferred.
  • Experience with intelligent document processing, OCR technologies, and AI-enabled automation solutions preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal, state, or regulated industry clients preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering preferred.
  • Cloud platform experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS preferred.
  • Experience building reusable automation frameworks and enterprise governance models preferred.
