Description

  • Record hands-on, manipulation-intensive household tasks in a variety of residential environments.
  • Capture everyday activities such as room tidy-up, dishes cleanup, laundry, and home mapping.
  • Follow detailed data-capture guidelines for each recording.
  • Maintain full attention on the task while recording.
  • Ensure recordings include geographic and task diversity.
  • Produce footage that accurately shows intentional, useful task performance without unnecessary pauses or contrived movements.

Requirements

  • Own or use a smartphone or alternative camera capable of at least 30 FPS and 1080p resolution.
  • Mount the device at forehead or eye level to capture an egocentric, downward-facing perspective with clear visibility of hands.
  • Use the designated D&A application for all data capture and upload.
  • Provide video footage that is clear, stable, and well lit.
  • Ensure each video is at least 15 seconds long.
  • Record genuine household tasks rather than staged or contrived movements.
