Description

  • Support senior leadership by preparing communications, proposals, and briefing materials for manufacturer and major-brand discussions.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with manufacturer and brand partners and escalate key moments as needed.
  • Track open commitments and action items through closure after terms are set.
  • Maintain commercial, marketing, and compliance contacts across the brand and supplier base.
  • Own online marketplace brand representation performance, including brand registry programs.
  • Administer co-op marketing programs, including partner meetings, reporting, and coordination with Marketing Operations and Finance.
  • Manage the end-to-end MAP violation process, including intake, triage, evidence capture, brand notification, resolution, and case closure.
  • Own the monthly MAP price update cycle, including file intake, validation, exception handling, load reconciliation, and audit trail maintenance.
  • Own monthly secondary supply pricing and cost updates, including file collection, reconciliation, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with Data, Finance, and Marketing teams to improve detection logic, reporting, and pricing workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, category management, vendor management, pricing operations, or merchandising operations.
  • Experience owning a recurring operational cycle with external dependencies, including file intake, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, plus Microsoft Power BI or the ability to become proficient with guidance.
  • Ability to work with large spreadsheets to analyze data, reconcile pricing and cost files, and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to define requirements for and work alongside a data team, including validating outputs.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work US-based EST, CST, or PST hours.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
  • No disciplinary actions related to attendance, conduct, or performance in the past 90 days, and not currently approaching such action.
