Description

  • Own domain revenue, margin, utilisation, time-to-value, delivery risk, and forecast performance across regions.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on pipeline development, scoping, commercial positioning, SOW governance, and growth opportunities.
  • Define and own repeatable delivery methodologies, reference configurations, reusable components, and outcome-validation standards.
  • Lead delivery performance for relevant Keyloop Fusion and DMS products, ensuring engagements are commercially viable and implementation-ready.
  • Partner with Regional Delivery Managers to ensure consistent global execution and resolve complex, early-adopter, and at-risk engagements.
  • Define adoption benchmarks and customer outcome measures; work with Customer Success and Support on handovers and adoption improvement.
  • Provide delivery and customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps, feasibility, scalability, and implementation readiness.
  • Build domain capability through training, knowledge management, accreditation, a centre of excellence, and partner onboarding.
  • Identify automation opportunities, analyse delivery data, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, or technical leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Senior Professional Services leadership experience with accountability for revenue, margin, scoping, and sales-cycle contribution.
  • Deep expertise in the relevant Keyloop product domain, including implementation approach, configuration, and customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to standardise delivery across geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong cross-functional influencing skills with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Experience with hub- or centre-based delivery models and data-driven performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent is desirable; candidates are assessed based on experience and potential rather than credentials.
  • Knowledge of automotive dealer or vehicle retail operations is desirable.
  • Experience with productised Professional Services frameworks, tiered onboarding models, delivery automation, or digitised delivery workflows is desirable.
  • Experience with Keyloop Fusion, Fusion products, Keyloop DMS solutions, PRINCE2, PMP/PMI, or relevant SaaS/domain accreditation is desirable.
