Description

  • Engage business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, constraints, economics, and key decisions.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
  • Explore and interpret data, conduct rapid analyses, identify patterns, and develop business insights.
  • Use GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools to prototype solutions.
  • Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, product teams, and AI agents to develop solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations in clear business language.
  • Help stakeholders implement recommendations and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies to improve business decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy or management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing or customer analytics, product management, or a similar decision-oriented environment.
  • Strong business curiosity, problem-solving ability, and analytical orientation.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Hands-on comfort exploring data, identifying patterns, and deriving meaningful insights.
  • Ability to translate business questions into hypotheses, analyses, actionable insights, and decisions.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and structure loosely defined problems in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Working familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI or visualization tools, and/or Python.
  • Hands-on aptitude and strong interest in GenAI, AI agents, and emerging productivity or development tools.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate across business, analytics, technology, and specialist teams without requiring deep software engineering expertise.
