Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada.
  • Source candidates, screen applicants, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming roles.
  • Maintain the ATS system, collect feedback, and help calibrate the recruiting process.
  • Engage and attract talent ranging from senior consultants to leadership-level candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to complete interview, offer, and negotiation stages.
  • Develop partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors.
  • Support growth by building a talent team and potentially owning recruiting for a line of business or vertical.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
  • Experience working for a consulting company with global operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience hiring for data engineering, data governance, and cloud technologies is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools.
  • Knowledge of work visa and immigration processes.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, personable, enthusiastic approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
