Description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of pricing and profitability analytics models for credit card portfolios.
  • Partner with senior business leaders in Credit Risk, Pricing, and Profitability to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
  • Drive client engagement, manage stakeholder expectations, and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead and mentor offshore analytics teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
  • Oversee model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong governance and quality standards across model delivery.
  • Collaborate with business, product, data engineering, and technology teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative modeling within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
  • Strong experience in modeling, visualization, credit card pricing, profitability analytics, and portfolio analytics.
  • Robust background in model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience leading analytics engagements and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with direct experience working with senior business leaders.
  • Experience leading and coordinating offshore teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
