Description

  • Design, prototype, and build next-generation advanced analytics engines and services using AI, machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to define technical problem statements and hypotheses to test.
  • Develop efficient and accurate analytical models that mimic business decisions and integrate them into analytical data products and tools.
  • Drive current and future strategy by leveraging analytical insights and communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a resource for creating AI agents and RAG databases to solve business problems.
  • Develop AI agent tools to automate data retrieval, wrangling, and analysis.
  • Prepare datasets, conduct analytics, and develop deployable solutions using data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
  • Analyze and incorporate complex and new data sources into analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders on idea generation, design, analysis, and process improvement.
  • Develop and deploy AI and ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of overall experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a GenAI Data Scientist.
  • Strong Python experience using a functional programming paradigm, including dependency management, virtual environments, and git version control.
  • Strong fundamentals in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analysis.
  • Experience with cloud computing and deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, preferably LangChain.
  • Experience with prompt engineering for chatbots, virtual assistants, image generation, and similar use cases.
  • Experience with proprietary and/or open source LLMs.
  • Experience with RAG and vector databases.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development.
