Description

  • Facilitate structured innovation sessions to identify high-impact AI and GenAI opportunities.
  • Design and develop prototypes ranging from low-fidelity concepts to functional solutions for fast user feedback.
  • Evaluate emerging AI, GenAI, LLM, and automation technologies for relevance and feasibility.
  • Create technical approaches that move ideas from proof of concept to Phase 2 pilot in partnership with engineering and product teams.
  • Develop narratives, visualizations, slide decks, and pitch presentations to communicate ideas and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, business partners, and researchers to turn ideas into testable solutions.
  • Contribute to the tracking and prioritization of innovation initiatives based on business alignment, feasibility, and impact.
  • Support experimentation, assessment, and recommendation-building throughout the innovation lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity, experimentation, resilience, and rapid learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, design, innovation, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in innovation, solution architecture, or product development within AI, ML, or GenAI.
  • Strong familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, LLM agents, MCP, A2A, and related tools/frameworks/protocols.
  • Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and agile prototyping methodologies.
  • Ability to build rapid prototypes using no-code/low-code tools or scripting languages such as Python, NodeJS, Streamlit, ADK, or LangGraph.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation development, and visual communication skills.
  • Passion for problem-solving, emerging technologies, and user-centric solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple ideas and priorities with speed and precision.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS or GCP and ML platforms such as Vertex AI or Bedrock.
  • Prior involvement in innovation labs, hackathons, or design sprints is preferred.
  • Familiarity with innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking, Innovation Funnel, Jobs-To-Be-Done, or Business Model Canvas is preferred.
