Description

  • Work on applying advanced data science and analytics to solve business problems in the Pharma and Life Sciences domain.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs and roadmaps.
  • Design and apply analytic techniques (predictive analytics, machine learning, patient-level triggers) to generate actionable business insights.
  • Drive business value through analytics including ROI/value assessment, digital KPI tracking, and campaign measurement.
  • Leverage complex pharma datasets and real-world data to inform decisions and ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Create and present analytic solutions and results to business audiences and senior management, highlighting robustness and expected business impact.
  • Collaborate with team members to select and apply appropriate analytic methodologies and to operationalize analytics solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs into business processes and support deployment and adoption.

Requirements

  • 8–13 years of professional experience with at least 7 years in data analytics.
  • Deep understanding of pharma datasets, KPIs, and insight needs across HQ and field personas (commercial, PSS, market access).
  • Fluency with pharma data sources such as Veeva and IQVIA (Plantrak, LAAD, PE) and RWD sources like TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools such as R and Python, and experience with Databricks.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Qlik, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Experience applying predictive analytics, machine learning, and patient-level data triggers to business problems.
  • Experience performing ROI/value assessments, digital KPI tracking, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong project and team management skills, ability to work with global teams, and experience working with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to operationalize and embed analytic outputs.
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics or an MBA, or equivalent work experience.
