Description

  • Lead and mentor project teams while owning end-to-end GenAI and analytics engagements.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions to deliver business value.
  • Build LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI and orchestrate workflows (e.g., LangGraph) for production use.
  • Develop agentic AI workflows for automation, insights generation, and decision support.
  • Implement Document Intelligence solutions to extract insights from unstructured data.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to business audiences and senior management, communicating results and recommended operationalization plans.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and IT/Data Engineering to select analytic techniques and embed analytic outputs into business processes.
  • Ensure analytics solutions are delivered efficiently, predictably, sustainably, and include considerations for monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 8–13 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in Data Science.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake) and Databricks Model Serving.
  • Experience with Azure services including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Blob Storage, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with MLflow and model lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience building end-to-end ML pipelines in production and working with IT/Data Engineering teams to operationalize models.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model governance.
  • Experience designing scalable and reliable AI systems and production workflows.
  • Experience implementing Document Intelligence or similar unstructured-data extraction solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.
