Description

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships across the partner ecosystem.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts through partner-led growth channels.
  • Translate client challenges into solution approaches with partner and internal Tiger Analytics teams.
  • Drive Insurance capabilities across relevant service lines in collaboration with Partnerships and Sales teams.
  • Develop strategic proposals and value propositions to expand client relationships and AI/ML business opportunities.
  • Lead the design and deployment of scalable, enterprise-level data science and AI/ML solutions.
  • Define and execute data science roadmaps aligned with business objectives, client needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor technical teams and continuously improve data science practices and AI/ML service offerings.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Data & AI consulting and/or technology solutioning experience, preferably in BFSI and/or Healthcare.
  • Direct client-facing consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven AI/ML services leadership experience with a track record of business development and growth.
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level data science solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience driving partner-ecosystem growth with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • In-depth understanding of partner products, technology, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong long-term relationship-building, storytelling, communication, and influence skills.
