Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate operational data across internal systems, including CRM/Dossier, to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Execute resource allocation and cost allocation activities while reconciling project information against Statements of Work and billing systems.
  • Coordinate between Client Partners, Offshore Staffing Teams, and FinOps on operational and administrative processes.
  • Support project setup, financial data validation, and resource deployment tracking to keep delivery operations running smoothly.
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deliverables follow reporting standards, defined formats, and data quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore support functions to streamline workflows and manage interdependencies.
  • Maintain governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards when handling sensitive employee and operational data.
  • Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement in reporting efficiency and data management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–4 years of experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting organization.
  • Willingness to work predominantly in Eastern Time (ET/EST), with partial overlap with IST as required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation, reporting, reconciliation, and operational tracking.
  • Proven ability to curate, validate, and manage large datasets with high accuracy and adherence to reporting formats.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation techniques to improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to perform audits, follow-ups, and data quality checks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, reconcile data, and resolve process issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting strict timelines.
