Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions for commercial domains including HCP, HCO, affiliations, product, territory, and customer hierarchies.
  • Define golden record strategy, survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and data stewardship workflows.
  • Establish MDM reference architecture aligned to enterprise data strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Configure and manage Informatica MDM platforms, including data models, match rules, trust frameworks, and hierarchies.
  • Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS to ingest data from internal and external sources such as IQVIA, OneKey, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and data quality across large-scale datasets.
  • Define and enforce data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling processes.
  • Partner with business and data governance teams to operationalize data stewardship models.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial pharma master data, including identity resolution, affiliations, hierarchies, specialty, address, and territory alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Market Access, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
  • Lead onshore and offshore delivery teams and review technical designs and code.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to align data standards, priorities, and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in MDM implementations within life sciences or pharma.
  • Strong expertise in Informatica MDM, including Customer 360 and Multidomain.
  • Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines using Informatica or equivalent tools.
  • Proven experience working with commercial pharma data domains such as HCP/HCO, affiliations, sales, and CRM.
  • Deep understanding of commercial operations data in the life sciences industry.
  • Experience translating business strategy into scalable data architecture and operating models.
  • Experience leading delivery teams and reviewing technical designs and code.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional business teams.
  • Preferred experience with large-scale, multi-source enterprise data environments.
